In order to register for this website, you need to obtain a Registration Passcode which will only be available to Amherst Cove owners. This passcode will be sent to all owners via email or by using the Contact Us form, In the form type in your First, Last name, email address, select Direct To Website Management and in the Comment section request the Registration Passcode.
Once you obtain the passcode enter it in Registration Passcode section of the Login/Register page, then press submit.
This will take you to the My Account Register form where you will enter your Amherst Cove address and contact information. Note that the red asterisk indicates a required field.
Please note that the password field requires at least 12 characters, that can consist of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters (&$%#, etc.) As you type in your password there will be a password strength indicator displayed just below the password field. It must display strong when you finish entering the password or you will not be able activate the Sign up button at the bottom of the screen.
This website contains both public and private information. If you do not log in you will see just a small portion of the information available.
No, by doing so you will be exposing private information such as condo financials, owner phone numbers, various owner emails, etc.
If you should forget your password to this site, go to the Login/Register page and under the Login section you will see a link "Forgot Password". Click on this and you will be taken to a "Lost Password" page. Enter your email and press the "Reset password" button. A new screen will appear informing you that a password reset email has been sent to that email address.
Wait a few minutes and check your email inbox. The email will contain a link to reset your password, click on the link and you will prompted to enter your new password two times. Once you have done this press Save and you will be prompted to login with your email and new password.
If those owners have separate email addresses, each may register for this site.
One of the features of this website, if you are an owner, is the ability to take part in various surveys regarding your community. Currently there are two surveys available:
The Website Survey where you can tell the website team what you like and don't like about the website and any features you would like added in the future.
The BoD Rules Survey where each registered unit owner (having a separate email) can help shape our Rules document currently being reviewed by the BoD by filling out this simple survey. This survey contains three simple questions covering Smoking Area(s), Pets and Trucks. In addition, you may add a generic comment to aid the BoD in making decisions in these areas. Please note that once you fill out the rules survey and submit it, you will not be allowed to enter another one.
To access any surveys, select Community from the main menu and then select the survey you want from the drop down menu.
To log out, click on the My Account menu item and on the dropdown submenu click on Sign Out.
